Engineer® (PTOE), Professional Transportation Planner™ (PTP), and
Traffic Signal Operations Specialist® (TSOS) certification exams are

The Refresher Courses are independent of the TPCB certification
program, which requires a separate registration. The TPCB program is
governed by the TPCB Commission, an independent certifying body. The
TPCB and its staff are solely responsible for the policies and
administration of the TPCB program, including application deadlines
and qualification requirements.
