The Traffic Signal Operations Specialist® (TSOS) certification program is intended for candidates without licensure who have a wide range of education and experience with traffic
signals, such as engineers and
technicians/technologists. This certification complements the Professional Traffic Operations Engineer® (PTOE) certification and will not substitute for appropriate professional licenses when they are required for specific responsibilities or jurisdictions. |
